Do you have any questions?
Do I have to wear a headscarf during the class?
Absolutely not! This is fitness on your terms, so you can workout in any clothing you feel comfortable in, this is an exclusively ladies’ only space.
Do I have to have my camera on?
I’d have your camera on, that way you get the most out of the live feedback and coaching in the class.
What if I can only attend two classes a week?
It’s still worth signing up! Our monthly membership is the most cost effective way to get regular exercise into your routine, not to mention making it fun and interactive.
Is there any equipment that I need?
You don’t need anything, but I recommend having a pair of light dumbbells (2-3kgs) and a yoga mat. Sometimes we’ll use other things around the house, like a tea towel or a chair, but that’s it! You’re ready to achieve your goals whatever they are!
I’m a beginner, is this class still suitable for me?
Absolutely yes! Our workouts have been carefully selected with beginner versions in mind to help you build strength and confidence as a beginner!
I’ve been working out for some time, is this the class for me?
Definitely, our exercises are carefully programmed with advanced options for our more experienced members, so even the fittest of you will work up a sweat!
I have an injury, will I still be able to join?
Of course you can join, but always check with your GP to make sure it is safe for you to exercise, and you have a good understanding of what you can and cannot do.
